The IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst I plays a crucial role in the development and performance of software and hardware solutions within the Information Technology department. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Foundational knowledge of software development and hardware systems.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
• Familiarity with managing the end-to-end lifecycle of software and hardware products.
• Ability to work across teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs.
