About The Position
BCI is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by end-users, ensuring a seamless experience with our technology. The IT Support Specialist will maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions, update the knowledge base, and collaborate with the IT support team on more complex problems. The position requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service and clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical users. The ideal candidate will also assist in upgrading and installing computers, managing inventory, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergency support.
