About The Position
BCI, a leader in the women’s fashion industry since 1975, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the technological backbone of our operations, ensuring that our end-users receive timely and effective support. The IT Support Specialist will report directly to the Director of Technology Planning and will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the IT support team on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
