About The Position

Define PLM strategy, standards, and roadmaps in partnership with Enterprise Product and solution leadership Design and deliver Teamcenter based solutions, including builds, mockups, and custom implementations Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to align solution architecture across multiple projects Establish and implement Teamcenter development standards and guidelines Partner closely with business teams to ensure PLM solutions meet enterprise needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in PLM solution development or architecture roles
• Hands on experience with at least three medium to large Siemens Teamcenter implementations
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and core components
• Experience with Teamcenter customization using ITK/C/C++, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC)
• Practical experience with BMIDE configuration and Active Workspace deployment
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems such as SAP using T4S or T4EA
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and standard BOM methodologies
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Mentor, Cadence)
• Familiarity with Teamcenter workflows, handlers, and security models
• Experience with manufacturing processes, data migration, reporting, and organizational change initiatives
