About The Position

Piper Companies is seeking a IT Solutions Architect to support an industry leader in Greensboro. This position will be hybrid in Greensboro, NC. The IT Solutions Architect is responsible for analysis, solution design and deployment of application remediations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
7+ years of IT architecture experience.
Experience working with spoke applications
Must have strong SAP/S4 experience and familiarity with financials, workday, salesforce etc.
Must have gone through at least ONE full implementation
Experience integrating 3rd party applications not owned by SAP
Experience working with cut over problems and data changes
Experience w/Jira

Responsibilities

Analyze impact of global SAP S4 template adoption on spoke applications including process changes, data model changes, data conversion requirements (spokes & downstream), application changes & integration requirements.
Work with Business Partners, IT resources and Enterprise Architecture to develop Functional and Technical specifications to remediate applications following global standards and strategy.
Identify options and develop Key Decision Documents to support strategic decisions to deliver business objectives through spoke applications within the global SAP S4 framework.
Develop comprehensive delivery strategy for application remediation coordinated with overall program delivery timelines.
