This is a 10-week internship starting June 8 or 15 and is fully on-site at the listed office location. Department Overview The It Infrastructure team is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining software systems, networks that support an organization’s internal operations or external products. Their work is foundational to enabling digital capabilities, improving efficiency, and driving innovation.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and security tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Interest in cybersecurity or cloud technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, and support
  • Help maintain IT systems, networks, and user accounts
  • Support ticketing system by responding to user requests
  • Document IT procedures and update knowledge base
  • Participate in IT projects and system upgrades.
