About The Position
Our client is a leading Fortune 500 energy company seeking an experienced IT Software Developer Analyst to lead enterprise-level software development initiatives and drive strategic technology transformations. šÆ Position Overview Role: IT Software Developer Analyst-Level 4 - Lead Experience Required: 15+ years in enterprise IT leadership Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (On-site required) Schedule: Standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM) Compensation: $69/hour
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 15+ years leading enterprise-level IT infrastructure, software development, and data architecture
- Extensive experience with full-stack development
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development
- Expert-level SQL and database management skills
- Proven experience with API integrations and workflow automation
- Strong background in cloud development platforms
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle
- Leadership experience in technical project management

Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction for enterprise software development and architecture
- Lead organization-wide software initiatives and technology transformations
- Develop and integrate new applications into existing technical infrastructure
- Design, develop, test, and implement full-stack applications
- Create Power BI dashboards and perform advanced SQL data structuring
- Manage API integrations and workflow automation projects
- Lead cloud development initiatives and DevOps implementations
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with Business Systems Analysts
- Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with business objectives
- Participate in Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies
