About The Position
The IT Services System Administrator I is part of a small team which supports multiple enterprise systems including Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Cloud services and technologies. About ARUP: ARUP Laboratories is a national clinical and anatomic pathology reference laboratory and an enterprise of the University of Utah and its Department of Pathology. Responsibilities
- Manages the Helpdesk queue by completing support requests, or escalating to other team members if necessary.
- Provides support for Identity, Communication, and Collaboration services.
- Reviews daily system alerts and schedules service or escalation if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
