Labcorp is seeking an IT Service Technician to join our team in a field based role from Birmingham, Alabama. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours. Job Responsibilities: 100% Field Service Support - travelling to customer sites to provide IT support for hardware and software on a daily basis. Installing and servicing various IT equipment within assigned territory of Central and North Alabama. Overseeing and prioritizing daily support tickets through a computerized system Maintaining accurate daily installation and support records, inventory / RMA, time card, expense reports and mileage logs Responding to all customer complaints in a timely manner Triaging and reporting client issues to the appropriate departments Assisting with the training of new employees At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
