Requirements

  • Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work successfully on a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal)
  • Must be creative and flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to write professional business communications suitable for end user delivery is to the utmost importance.
  • Must possess the ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced, dynamic environment with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Be open to assume additional responsibilities as requested, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Candidates must be familiar in installing, using and trouble shooting Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2007, 20010 & 2013
  • Familiarity with Incident Management software or Ticketing system
  • Knowledge in using such mobile devices as Android/iPhone
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with Active Directory

Responsibilities

  • Quickly identify desktop hardware, software, or operator problems and escalate for corrective action.
  • Provides direct support in the day-to-day administration of user accounts; duties include onboarding and off boarding tasks, Distribution Lists, E-Fax accounts, and outlook administration.
  • Assists in the management of project implementations.
  • Be open to assume additional responsibilities as requested, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
