We currently have an immediate opening for an IT Service Desk Technician located at our Scott Town Branch location at 2301 Columbia Blvd. in Bloomsburg. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide our internal end users with a pleasant and efficient technical support experience. As the first point of contact, you will answer basic end user questions and provide solutions to basic technical issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential to the role in order to effectively understand the user's issue and walk them through the resolution. Some occasional light travel may be required to our other branch offices located throughout Northeastern PA, the Pocono region, and the Lehigh Valley.
