About The Position

Position Summary: will be responsible for maintaining and assisting in Fidelity Manufacturing’s IT infrastructure assets. This includes providing technical support to internal employees that includes hardware support for Dell Windows physical, virtual servers and personal computers. They will also perform various set up’s and maintain multi-site assets as Fidelity continues to expand and grow.

Requirements

  • Associate degree is a plus or relevant experience with a MS systems or certification
  • 2 years professional experience in a technical role
  • Windows: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Active Directory: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience providing technical support.
  • Excellent PC and Windows troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong skills and understanding of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory and AD Architecture.
  • Solid skills and understanding of other common business applications.
  • Good understanding of network topology and configuration at the desktop level.
  • Solid PC hardware, software, and Windows operating system knowledge
  • Knowledge of new technologies and techniques concerning computer-related subjects, especially personal computing, servers, and networks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Autodesk and SolidWorks CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting, repair, tech support and training.
  • Set up, configure and maintain Windows PCs, printers, peripherals, networking and surveillance equipment. This includes Sophos firewall optimization.
  • Perform software installations and updates.
  • Assist senior engineer with network deployment projects.
