About The Position

The Level 3 Technology Support role is a senior resource responsible for advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure support, escalations, and mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 staff. This is a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Expert-level Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, Windows, and Salesforce expertise.
  • Strong networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, routing, VPN.
  • Cybersecurity awareness and experience supporting enterprise tools.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with firewalls, virtualization, and SIEM/EDR tools.
  • Relevant certifications (Security+, Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator).

Responsibilities

  • Act as top-level escalation for complex technical issues.
  • Resolve advanced systems, network, and identity-related problems.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD/Entra, and Salesforce.
  • Participate in security enforcement, MFA, compliance, and audits.
  • Leads technical projects, upgrades, and deployments as assigned and architected by Technology leadership, providing hands-on execution and escalation support.
  • Oversee IT inventory control and organization of technology spaces.
  • Mentor junior technicians and contribute to documentation.
