About The Position

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic and hardworking individual to join our Technology and Innovation team. The IT Service Desk Analyst will oversee the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with the following operating systems; Windows 11, Mac OS, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022
  • LAN and Wi-Fi knowledge with experience of TCP / IP protocols
  • Experience with Active Directory and User Management
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Hands-on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software
  • Knowledge of multifactor authentication products (Okta, Duo, etc.)
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environments
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for end users needing technical assistance at Vanderbilt Health Football Center, Nissan Stadium, and other Titans’ facilities
  • Provide troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
  • Support internal computer systems consisting of Windows 11 and Mac operating systems
  • Install, configure, and repair computer systems and applications within the organization
  • Integral part of the onboarding process including creating users and managing directory groups
