About The Position

Givzey, which is recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most innovative platforms serving nonprofits, is on a mission to help organizations unlock more generosity through smarter, autonomous, and more personalized giving experiences. The company, founded only three years ago, delivers two flagship products. Givzey’s Gift Agreement Platform transforms and simplifies the multi-year gift process, empowering nonprofits to secure, manage, and forecast multi-year commitments with unprecedented ease. Givzey’s Version2.ai invented the world’s first Autonomous AI fundraisers, known as Virtual Engagement Officers (VEOs), which independently generate revenue. Unlike AI enablement tools that enhance staff efficiency, Version2's autonomous approach expands capacity through AI workers that operate donor portfolios independently, raising $8M+ to date, including individual gifts as large as $45,000. As we scale and move further up-market, we’re hiring a dedicated IT & Security leader to build and own this function from the ground up. You will own internal IT operations and our security program end-to-end. From managing company systems to supporting enterprise security reviews, you’ll be responsible for building the processes, controls, and documentation that allow us to scale securely. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. This is a hands-on role with real ownership.
