As valued team members, students are also encouraged to share and implement their own ideas, enhancing both their personal growth and the collective success of the team.Description: • Encourage the cooperation and alignment between business functions and IT Teams with project managementelements.• Identify, specify, and implement process changes in the business collaboration.• Focus on bringing continuous improvement within a department of roughly 80 IT specialists according toagile principles (or lean management). The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the in the following functions: • Project Management: Support for project planning, steering, and coordination.• Manage small projects individually (see below) including documentation, evaluating, problem solving, and reporting.• Help identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean).• Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards.• Support major projects spanning over the whole plant (Inbound Strategy and Vehicle Launch projects).• Lead smaller projects (depending on applicants’ preference and availability).• Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.
