The IT Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions leads technology integration initiatives across newly acquired or affiliated healthcare practices and facilities. This role ensures smooth transitions into the enterprise technology ecosystem by coordinating infrastructure, applications, security, and network activities. The position requires strong technical fluency, cross‑functional coordination, and consistent onsite presence to build stakeholder relationships and drive successful execution. Highly Preferred: Lead end-to-end IT integration projects for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), such as driving the assessment, planning, and execution across infrastructure, network, identity management, and IT facilities domains. Manage complex, high-stakes IT projects within diverse and fast-paced environments, ensuring business continuity and realizing strategic IT synergies during M&A transactions. Spearhead IT due diligence efforts, develop comprehensive integration roadmaps, and oversee the successful migration and consolidation of IT systems, services, and related physical IT facilities post-acquisition. Exhibit strong leadership and adaptability, thriving in hybrid/onsite work models and demonstrating willingness to travel to areas in NYS (ex. Hudson Valley) & Connecticut as required to support critical project milestones and stakeholder engagement.
