Help clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance. Transform controls to standardize and simplify frameworks across the organization. Define processes and procedures to enable regulatory compliance. Assess and design health compliance program and operational effectiveness and, assist with development and implementation of corrective action plans to address regulatory deficiencies. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage project delivery. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering and 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following:- Assessing, designing and implementing health compliance program and operational effectiveness;- Determining audit preparedness and mitigation for regulatory reviews;- Assisting with development, remediation and implementation of corrective action plans for regulatory deficiencies; and/or- Project management and engagement closure.
  • Must have 2 years of experience working in one of the following regulatory compliance models: SOX, FDA, FERC/NERC, HIPAA, Medicare or Medicaid.
  • Must be eligible to obtain certification in one of the following: AIGP, CA, ACA, CIA, CISA, CMA, CMDA, CPA, CQA, CRISC, FSA, GARP-FRM, GARP-SCR, IRM-ERM, IRM-ORM, ISF-Level 3, RAC, or RIMS-CRMP within 1 year from date of hire.
  • Travel required up to 80%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.

  • The base salary for this job is $188,178.00 per year.
