About The Position

IT Recruitment Partner Workplace Warszawa You will be responsible for: Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for back office and IT positions (We’ll make sure you get a solid onboarding and plenty of support at the start, but we expect you to take ownership of the recruitment processes independently) Actively sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels, building a talent pipeline, and reaching out to passive candidates (We’ll support you with the right tools, but count on your initiative and creativity) Collaborating with leaders of different business areas with regard to recruitment (Our managers are really great, open to new ideas, and cooperative. We expect you to provide them with solid support if you join us) Safeguarding Candidate Experience (We strive for everyone who applies to want to work here, regardless of what the end result of the recruitment process turns out to be. Yours will be a key role in this regard) Help in implementing enhancements (We already have a few well-developed processes operating in our HR space, but we’ll count on your proactivity too. There’s still a lot of interesting work ahead of us)

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment (a minimum of 3 year). We’ll rely on your experience in the IT market, especially when it comes to Data roles.
  • Very good knowledge of sourcing methods, experience in direct search
  • Very good command of English (C1). This is a non-negotiable must. Our clients are global and we communicate in English, so a thorough verification of candidates’ language skills is always part of the recruitment process
  • Fluent command of Polish
  • Readiness to learn. We need someone with a genuine interest in HR. We have tons of fascinating projects that we’ll be more than happy to involve you in
  • Receptiveness to people, a proactive mindset, and readiness to suggest improvements or new solutions
  • Effectiveness and a keen sense of responsibility. We’ll help you get going, show you how to do things, and provide guidance. But at the end of the day who we are looking for is a person who, once settled, will organize themselves independently, and who can see things through to the end without supervision

  • If you have experience hiring for Azure-related positions, that’s a big plus!
