About The Position
The IT Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will oversee the activity of the offshore QA team. They are responsible for overall QA processes, methodologies and test strategy improvements including developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing, resource planning, and hiring for the testing of the organization's IT systems, products and/or development processes. The QA Lead monitors overall QA objectives and deliverables to end customers based on quality standards. This position is based on-site at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio.
