About The Position

Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of enterprise IT project management experience, with proven success in ERP, CRM, MDM, EDW, or business transformation projects.
Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Visio, and other project management/collaboration tools.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and business systems integration.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and regulatory/compliance standards (e.g., FDA CSV) preferred.
PMP and/or CSM certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IT projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop project charters, detailed plans, and secure necessary approvals for resource allocation and funding.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate sprint planning, and manage cross-functional team execution.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Produce executive reports, dashboards, and project documentation in compliance with governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and enhancing project delivery quality.
