About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of enterprise IT project management experience, with proven success in ERP, CRM, MDM, EDW, or business transformation projects.
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Visio, and other project management/collaboration tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and business systems integration.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and regulatory/compliance standards (e.g., FDA CSV) preferred.
- PMP and/or CSM certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Develop project charters, detailed plans, and secure necessary approvals for resource allocation and funding.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate sprint planning, and manage cross-functional team execution.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Produce executive reports, dashboards, and project documentation in compliance with governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and enhancing project delivery quality.
