About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of enterprise IT project management experience, with proven success in ERP, CRM, MDM, EDW, or business transformation projects.
  • Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Visio, and other project management/collaboration tools.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and business systems integration.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and regulatory/compliance standards (e.g., FDA CSV) preferred.
  • PMP and/or CSM certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise IT projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Develop project charters, detailed plans, and secure necessary approvals for resource allocation and funding.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate sprint planning, and manage cross-functional team execution.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Produce executive reports, dashboards, and project documentation in compliance with governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and enhancing project delivery quality.
