About The Position

Westmark Enterprises/Kendall Hunt Publishing is seeking a Project Manager to join our IT department. In this role, you'll evaluate, oversee, and manage projects with external vendors, ensuring expenses, timelines, and personnel are aligned for successful completion. This is an on-site position with no remote work available. Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and prior project management experience.
• General IT knowledge
• Strong customer service focused background.
• Four-year degree and related experience or training in IT.

Responsibilities

• Research, interview, evaluate our technology vendors to meet the needs of the project's objectives.
• Explore options for new methods to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity and delivery of products and services.
• Monitor supplier performance, recommend improvements and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop, recommend, and implement appropriate technology direction and programs based on overall customer's needs.
