About The Position

As our IT Project Manager, youll play a key role in driving technology initiatives that keep our organization innovative and efficient. Youll lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will: Lead end-to-end IT and technology projects from planning and execution to delivery and review. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; track progress using tools like Smartsheet or MS Project. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and system rollouts. Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and project changes while driving accountability and quality. Communicate project status, KPIs, and risks to leadership and stakeholders. Support agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and ensure adherence to standards, documentation, and change control. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements and share learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 25 years of IT project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and ITIL frameworks.
