Reporting to IT Business Unit Partner Senior Director the IT Project Manager Accountable for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization. What a typical day looks like: Encouraging the use of standard processes with customers and across segments to provide equal engagement, customer experience, and optimize outcomes in all areas. Leading program management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking to ensure successful project execution. Coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from development to production, and aligning milestones with customer and business goals. Serving as the Integration Manager, acting as the "liaison" between multidisciplinary teams (e.g., operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain) to unify efforts toward a common goal. Driving governance and PMO support by monitoring program health, facilitating steering committee updates, reporting key metrics, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Following up rigorously on delays, addressing risks or blockers, and ensuring teams remain aligned with project timelines. Promoting process discipline across programs, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, frameworks, and organizational policies. Identifying and addressing gaps to achieve common goals, leading resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture. Proactively generating ideas and solutions to solve business problems, improve processes, and enhance program outcomes. Excelling in communication, collaboration, and conciliation to resolve conflicts, align diverse perspectives, and drive leadership across teams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring independent decision-making with site managers, teams, plant managers, and functional leaders. Identifying and addressing gaps to achieve common goals, leading resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture. Highlighting issues and providing solutions when seeking support from the right resources.
