The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects through their entire life cycle, be highly analytical, deadline-driven, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Demonstrated experience managing projects through their full life cycle.

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience in Personal Lines Insurance is preferred

Responsibilities

Define project scope and objectives clearly.
Estimate and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
Prepare and manage budgets based on scope and resource needs.
Track and control project costs to stay within budget.
Develop and oversee detailed project schedules and work plans.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Manage vendor and supplier contracts, including task assignment and deliverables communication.
Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Measure project performance to identify and implement areas for improvement.
