Department Summary: The IT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and governing best practices for IT project management across the organization. This includes developing and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures that guide all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure consistent, on-time, and within-budget delivery. Additionally, the PMO defines formal methodologies for resource allocation and the measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and alignment with strategic objectives. Job Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in alignment with PMBOK methodologies, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget parameters. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners to execute project plans effectively. The Project Manager will also monitor progress and evaluate project success against established performance metrics.
