About The Position

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in health plans and hands-on experience working with CMS 9115-F or 0057 mandates. In this remote role, you'll lead projects that help health plans stay compliant with federal regulations, especially around data sharing and patient access. You'll work with technical and business teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience in a health plan or healthcare payer environment.
• Worked on CMS 9115-F or CMS 0057 projects.
• Solid understanding of CMS requirements for data access and interoperability (such as CMS 9115 or 0057), including how health plans share data using FHIR-based APIs and other secure methods.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
• Experience with healthcare vendors or interoperability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects related to CMS 9115 or 0057 regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate between business teams, developers, and vendors.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with CMS mandates and healthcare data standards.
• Track progress and report updates to leadership.
• Support API and FHIR-based data exchange initiatives.
• Handle testing, rollout, and post-project support.
