About The Position

Trissential is excited to support our client in delivering a major enterprise initiative: replacing a legacy platform and implementing a modern Content Management System (CMS). In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of a new enterprise CMS platform.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of senior-level project management experience
• Strong experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Hands-on experience leading CMS implementation projects (Adobe, Sitecore, or similar)
• Ability to operate in both Project Manager and Product Owner capacities
• Proven success in matrixed organizational environments
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

Nice To Haves

• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Background in UX, content strategy, or digital product delivery
• PMP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent certifications (nice-to-have, not required)
• Experience in utilities or other regulated industries (not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for a full CMS replacement
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
• Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, technology teams, and vendor partners
• Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, SLAs, and contract expectations
• Support Product Owner responsibilities such as backlog refinement, requirement gathering, and sprint prioritization
• Guide cross-functional teams in matrixed environments to achieve project milestones
• Communicate frequently and clearly with senior leaders, executives, and technical partners
• Ensure alignment across business, UX, content, and technical streams
