About The Position

This position is responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of IT and Business projects at Catalyst Corporate. Candidates for this position will need to have knowledge of agile development methods, excellent written and verbal communications skills, experience managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.

Projects may vary from simple implementations of new software purchased to large scale development projects. The position will provide regular reports to project sponsors and team members. And will be given wide latitude in the decision-making process for the projects involved. The position will work with and direct team members with the completion of the tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Five to seven years project management experience with a background in IT project initiatives and/or item processing
• Three to five years credit union or banking experience
• Three years of business/system analyst or quality assurance experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT/computer science or business administration
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• General Item Processing experience is preferred
• Microsoft Project experience
