This role establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
  • Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
