This role establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.
Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.

Nice To Haves

10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.
PMP certification preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
