About The Position

The IT Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects for Entech clients and internal teams. This role ensures projects — including network upgrades, cloud migrations, hardware deployments, and security initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in MSP environments or IT project delivery, who can manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing IT projects or programs, preferably in MSP or technology services
• Experience delivering network infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint deployment projects
• Proficient with project management tools such as ConnectWise, MS Project, or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
• This position requires the passing of a level 2 background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Prior experience leading teams of engineers and IT coordinators

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics
• Serve as the main point of escalation for project-related issues
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and client communications
• Identify process improvements and implement standardized project management best practices
• Conduct post-project reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured
• Ensure all projects comply with Entech HIPAA and Information Security policies
