Position Summary The Project Manager role in the Focus IT organization is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role coordinates internal resources, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully while managing risks and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction. The Project Manager ensures that project goals align with the organization’s strategic objectives and delivers high-quality results, retrospectives, is responsible for driving the execution, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology programs and initiatives. This project manager will enable projects in the IT Program Management Office (PMO) ensuring alignment of programs with business goals, on-time delivery, and efficient resource allocation. The Project Manager may manage a dynamic team of project managers, business analysts or data analysts. The Project Manager will play an important role in enabling transformation, enforcing standardizing delivery practices, and providing transparency into program performance across the organization. This role is located in St. Louis, MO. Primary Responsibilities Lead projects from the IT Program Management Office (PMO) portfolio of projects, follow governance frameworks, enforce standards and best practices. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and report regularly to stakeholders and senior management. Lead, motivate, and manage project team members, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of tasks. Ensure quality standards and best practices are met in all project deliverables. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for management and clients. Manage relationships with internal clients, vendors, and all relevant stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and provide guidance to teams for optimal performance. Drive execution on complex, cross-functional IT programs, ensuring workstream alignment, budget adherence, and delivery excellence. Partner with business and technology leaders to define program objectives, success criteria, and resource plans. Implement and maintain portfolio-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to provide transparency to executive stakeholders. Manage risk, issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder communication across all key initiatives. Manage high-performing team of project managers, develop talent into high performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and execution.
