Requirements

Five (5) years plus experience managing technical projects.
Solid understanding of modern web technologies and Cloud/SaaS Platforms.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Proven success running agile or hybrid projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with vendor/contractor management.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products and Zoom Conferencing Technology.

Responsibilities

Develop, own and track project lifecycle for web development and enterprise application initiatives.
Gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans and schedules.
Coordinate work across in-house, contract, and vendor teams.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
Identify SMEs and stakeholders to enable collaboration across teams.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and drive solutions.
Manage project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Support process improvement and adoption of digital tools across the firm.
