About The Position

At Red Hat we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Unified Communications and Collaboration team. As part of our team, you’ll plan, execute, and deliver SaaS communications projects on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. You’ll manage the project lifecycle, track project status, and manage project teams to mitigate issues and risks. What will you do? Direct complex projects involving multiple stakeholders Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Define, create and execute project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value Proactively manage changes in project scope. Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and with other groups which have an impact on the project success. Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project life-cycles Provide frequent on-site monitoring and enforcement of schedules, milestones, and vendor accountability Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects Create risk mitigation strategies to anticipate, assess and resolve project risks Prepare project status reports and present project performance updates to relevant business stakeholders Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan Ensure all projects meet success parameters and return on investment (ROI) targets stated in the original project proposal.
