Care Logistics is seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to lead enterprise-level software delivery initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role serves as the operational backbone of product development - driving alignment between the Product Engineering and Client Services department, as well as business stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality product releases. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detailed-oriented and an understanding of healthcare software solutions. They also have exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of orchestrating complex technology implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of IT Project Management experience (mid-level).
  • Experience managing software projects for a software development organization (releases, development, implementation, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and JIRA.
  • Fluency with all Microsoft Office products, including Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Skilled at adjusting short-term priorities to achieve long-term outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with EHR systems, preferably in the acute care setting (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
  • Consulting background with client-facing delivery responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software release projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using Monday.com for task tracking and management.
  • Align Subject Matter Experts, Engineering, and Implementation teams on scope, sequencing, and constraints.
  • Drive delivery of simultaneous product releases, ensuring alignment with sprint capacity and developer availability.
  • Partner with Product Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define Minimum Viable Product scope.
  • Orchestrate and prioritize efforts for teams responsible for requirements gathering, grooming, design reviews, issue mitigation/resolution, etc.
  • Track release progress and sprint execution using Jira, ensuring visibility across teams and timely delivery updates.
  • Mitigate delivery risks and resolve conflicting priorities by facilitating cross-team alignment, structured decision-making, and proactive escalation.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Champion operational clarity and structured planning across the product development lifecycle.
