About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Application Development and Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification, have hands -on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and demonstrate the ability to lead cross -functional teams to deliver complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex IT projects involving both Application Development and Infrastructure.
  • PMP Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Methodology Proficiency: Hands -on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of SDLC, application architecture, and infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, cloud environments).
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
  • Budget & Timeline Control: Demonstrated success in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Ability to lead cross -functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Analytical & Problem -Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical and process -related challenges.
  • SAP Project experience not required, but would be very desirable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Desired, but not required (Exposure to SAP projects)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end -to -end IT projects involving application development and infrastructure components.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
