About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Application Development and Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification, have hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.

Requirements

Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex IT projects involving both Application Development and Infrastructure.
PMP Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Methodology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of SDLC, application architecture, and infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, cloud environments).
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Risk & Issue Management: Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Budget & Timeline Control: Demonstrated success in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical and process-related challenges.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Exposure to SAP projects

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving application development and infrastructure components.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
