The Project Manager (IT) is responsible for delivering cross-functional technology projects that span two major areas:1. New Openings, Transitions & Expansion ProjectsTechnology workstreams supporting new hotels, renovations, transitions, and capital project deployments.2. Enterprise System ImplementationsCorporate-wide technology initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, Data, Payments, and Guest/Employee platforms.This role manages projects end-to-end—scoping, planning, execution, vendor coordination, change management, training readiness, and post-launch stabilization. The Project Manager partners with IT leadership, corporate departments, regional teams, vendors, and property stakeholders to ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and in alignment with Auberge standards.This position requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate confidently across both technical and business domains.
