The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects through their entire life cycle, be highly analytical, deadline-driven, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through their full life cycle.
Nice To Haves
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience in Personal Lines Insurance is preferred
Responsibilities
- Define project scope and objectives clearly.
- Estimate and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Prepare and manage budgets based on scope and resource needs.
- Track and control project costs to stay within budget.
- Develop and oversee detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Manage vendor and supplier contracts, including task assignment and deliverables communication.
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Measure project performance to identify and implement areas for improvement.
