About The Position

CACI is seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancement projects across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM), experience delivering and or enhancing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps), and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: All areas of Project Management from initiation through closeout, ensuring the successful execution of the project in support of government customer’s mission, goals and objectives. Responsible for the end-to-end management so ServiceNow deployments, integrations, and enhancement projects. Lead end-to-end management of ServiceNow deployments, integrations, and enhancement projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risks. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings as needed. Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners/vendors. Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform governance and organizational standards. Monitor and report on project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries. Promote continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices. Contribute to documentation in the Knowledge Base, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and job aids.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 6 years of relevant experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Fundamentals certification
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management with 2+ years focused on ServiceNow projects
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and implementation lifecycle
  • Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall (or hybrid) delivery methods
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and enterprise service management practices
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence

Nice To Haves

  • Previous DHS or DoD experience
  • Any of the following certifications is highly desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification PMI-ACP ITILv4 Foundation
