About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our PMO. The ideal candidate will drive execution, provide strong leadership and strategic insight, and leverage cross-functional expertise to oversee and deliver a broad portfolio of projects in technology, finance, and property operations. This role requires hands-on project delivery – building detailed plans, charters, and budgets, actively managing tasks, engaging stakeholders, strategizing on risk mitigation, planning benefit realization, and holding teams accountable to their work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive, hands-on project management experience, delivering complex, cross functional, and technology driven initiatives.
  • Experience in implementing third party systems is a strong asset (such as ERP systems, budgeting systems, HCM systems, procurement systems, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success leading technology-focused projects, including systems rollouts, integrations, and digital platform implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certification.
  • Proficient in project tools such as MS Project or Jira.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the multifamily sector, is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of high-impact initiatives across the multifamily project lifecycle with a strong emphasis on technology implementation and integration with third party vendors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders to align projects with strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing; monitor performance against KPIs and delivery milestones.
  • Apply standardized PMO frameworks and governance to ensure projects meet scope, quality, compliance, and financial targets.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts early; lead resolution strategies across departments and vendors.
  • Deliver consistent executive reporting, status updates, and portfolio visibility to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the maturation of PMO practices through coaching, process improvement, and documentation of lessons learned.
  • Manage and influence third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
  • Support or lead RFP processes, including requirement gathering, RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and selection, in collaboration with stakeholders.
