Summary IT Project Manager III / IV | IT PMO Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for leading complex, high-impact projects? We are seeking an IT Project Manager III / IV to join our IT Project Management Office (PMO). This critical role will drive the successful delivery of multi-year, cross-functional IT projects that are innovative, transformational, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. What Your Day Will Look Like You are responsible for: End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of IT technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. This includes managing scope, costs, schedules, internal staffing, vendor relationships, and contractual deliverables. Complex Project Management: Lead high-visibility, multi-year projects or those with highly compressed schedules, involving significant financial or operational risks and cutting-edge technology. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and guide large, multidisciplinary teams, which may include other Project Managers, fostering seamless collaboration across departments and stakeholders. Execution Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive execution plans, driving projects through all phases from initiation to successful completion. Risk Mitigation and Decision Support: Navigate projects with significant operational or financial risks, applying strategic problem-solving skills and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Requirements

PMP Certification
Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
AND eight (8) years of prior relevant experience managing large scale IT projects in the area of software applications, IT infrastructure or cybersecurity or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Working project management knowledge and experience developing or updating project plans for information technology projects (including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing).
PMP Certification
Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
AND twelve (12) years of prior relevant experience managing large scale IT projects in the area of software applications, IT infrastructure or cybersecurity or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Working project management knowledge and experience developing or updating project plans for information technology projects (including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing).

Responsibilities

Under broad supervision, lead other departments and disciplines to ensure development of complex scale project plans, effective resource planning, project estimates, project organization and roles and responsibilities
Manage project dependencies, critical path, and monitor and update risk mitigation and contingency plans as necessary
Present comprehensive project plans to project sponsors and management. Obtains all necessary stakeholder support and sponsor and executive approvals.

Control and manage impact of scope-creep throughout the project life cycle document as needed and revise work authorizations as necessary
Assess additional and/or consultant needs and make the appropriate recruitments as necessary
Participate in the coordination of production change management for the project
Develops project plan documentation, provides status reports, negotiates change orders and adjusts schedules as needed.
Develop and conduct formal presentations for assigned projects as required
Manage activities within the project team or impacted area/s to ensure project objectives, budget, quality standards and scheduling requirements are met.
Ensures project deliverables and overall results meet or exceed sponsor and stakeholder expectations
Regularly coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and contractors and provide performance assessment input as needed, coordinate vendor resources, identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project team
