Inova IT Project Management Office (PMO) is looking for a dedicated IT PMO Manager to join the Team. This hybrid role will be full-time day-shift from Monday – Friday. The IT Project Management Office Manager leads an organization responsible for the development of Inova's Information Technology Project Management Office. The IT PMO team will determine, implement and maintain Information Technology’s Project Management tools, procedures, training, and project status reporting. Responsible for facilitating Inova’s IT Governance Program to ensure new technology solutions align with Inova’s security and technical standards. Leads Information Technology enterprise projects or those critical projects designated by senior IT leadership. Manages and provides oversight of PMO team members, to include day-to-day supervision, employee relations, and staff development activities.
