  • Prepare agendas and track action items for PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Capture meeting notes and follow-ups across ceremonies, ensuring timely updates are shared with impacted teams.
  • Support backlog readiness and dependency tracking in advance of PI Planning sessions.
  • Assist in compiling key ART health metrics, such as feature burndown, team velocity, and predictability.
  • Support RTE in creating and maintaining dashboards (JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or Power BI).
  • Help track objectives vs. actuals post-PI to support performance insights and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for PI Planning, including invites, agendas, digital boards, and documentation templates.
  • Support breakouts and team boards by acting as a point of contact for questions or blockers.
  • Consolidate and publish PI plans, including team objectives, risks, and committed scope.
  • An undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
  • Area of Study: Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration or Business Analytics, Project Management, Computer Information Systems / Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science (with an interest in Agile delivery).
  • Cumulative GPA is 3.0 or above.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required.
  • Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently on special projects.
  • Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment.
  • Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • Exposure to the inner workings of one of the largest financial institutions in the world.
