About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Project Management Intern to join our IT/Security PMO team in Charlotte. This internship will provide exposure to project management practices within IT, with a focus on IT security initiatives. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field to develop project management skills in a corporate environment.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Interest in IT project management and security initiatives
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation for IT initiatives
• Support risk and issue tracking across IT Security projects
• Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership review
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to meeting notes and action items
• Support process improvement initiatives within the IT PMO
