About The Position

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sr. VP of IT & Security Operations to assist in organizing, tracking, and communicating project activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects stay on schedule, documentation is maintained, and stakeholders are informed. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating IT projects, including software development and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Support the VP of IT in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Help identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Monitor project progress and update relevant tracking tools.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure project documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist in writing and defining department process and SOPs
