About The Position

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sr. VP of IT & Security Operations to assist in organizing, tracking, and communicating project activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects stay on schedule, documentation is maintained, and stakeholders are informed. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in an IT environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating IT projects, including software development and infrastructure initiatives.
Support the VP of IT in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Help identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
Monitor project progress and update relevant tracking tools.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Ensure project documentation is organized and accessible.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in writing and defining department process and SOPs
