About The Position

Provides comprehensive coordination and administrative support for assigned projects and PMO initiatives. Monitors project progress, maintains schedules and documentation, and assists with risk, issue, and resource tracking to ensure projects remain on track. Coordinates stakeholder communications and meetings, supports governance and reporting requirements, and helps standardize PMO tools, templates, and processes. Contributes to change management and project readiness efforts while promoting adherence to established project management methodologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare environment; or
  • Additional administrative or operational support experience in a professional setting with demonstrated organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare information technology or healthcare experience
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred
  • Working knowledge of project management software and collaboration tools
