About The Position

As an IT Project Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead complex, high-impact IT projects, using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making. You will report directly to our Software Engineer Manager. In this role, you will work as a liaison between Ops and Engineering. Several projects have heavy IT / Data gathering / requirements / project management / User testing needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with IT strategy development and implementation.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and process automation.
• Innovation-driven mindset and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership in technology innovation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of IT strategy and provide effective project management expertise for Operations and IT teams.
• You will support Business leaders to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery.
• You will work with global project teams to deliver technology projects of varying size and complexity.
• You will plan and organize project activities, interface with internal and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• You will support resource availability and allocation, identify risks and manage change to deliver effective project management and tracking
