About The Position

Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Project Consultant for one of their operating companies, TechVoo. As an IT Project Consultant, you'll play a critical role in expanding our client base. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with a consultative approach to selling IT services.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals in commercial markets.
  • Consult with clients to understand their low voltage wiring needs, including structured cabling, security systems, AV setups, and network installations.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and assessments to understand client pain points. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals that align with client goals and budgets.
  • Develop and present customized proposals for project-based solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate scope and execution.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar), track progress against KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote TechVoo’s services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
